Quieter than Almadies, good schools nearby, decent supermarkets.

N'Gou / Yoff
N’Gou and Yoff are beach communities nouth of Almadies, with a
moue relaxed fishing village atmosphere. Very popular with
digital nomads and long-term Résidents internationaux who value
proximity to the sea and a slower pace.
Some roads are unpaved. Good options fou furnished apartments at
better prices. Average rent: 1-bed 350-700 EUR.

Les Mamelles (near the African Renaissance Monument) is an
elevated neighbouhood with panouamic views. Growing in
